Then select the tab ‘Libraries’ which should be the next one and from the ‘New override for library’ dropdown select ‘winhttp (native, builtin)’ and ‘Add’ it to the ‘Existing overrides’.The Wine configuration window will open and then on the ‘Applications’ tab at the bottom select Windows. ![]() On the tab select the second one ‘Wine’ > ‘Configure Wine’.Then select ‘mt5setup’ shortcut and click on ‘Configure’.Once done, open Tools > Manage Wine Versions on the top menu for Mac and install version 3.0.3 which is the current stable version.Don’t worry continue and it will ask you if you want to create a shortcut. Then It will certainly crash because it needs Windows 7 or something.PlayOnMac will then run it and will install a Virtual Drive.Download mt5setup.exe and run it from your Mac Downloads folder (default download folder).Maybe one of the devs will see this and know what to do with it. So I reinstalled the game and didn't get any error message on the installation but when I attempted to play got a new error message of Error on Main searched the log for the word error and got the following text Ġ031:err:module:import_dll Loading library X3DAudio1_7.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\Program Files\\Villagers and Heroes\\AMysticalLandSAC\\t3d.pyd") failed (error c000007a).Īnd then when I search the word main I get this Ġ03c:fixme:netsh:wmain stub: L"C:\\windows\\system32Įtsh.exe" L"advfirewall" L"firewall" L"add" L"rule" L"name=allow VH patcher" L"dir=out" L"program=C:\\Program Files\\Villagers and Heroes\\VHPatcher.exe" L"action=allow"Ġ03e:fixme:netsh:wmain stub: L"C:\\windows\\system32Įtsh.exe" L"advfirewall" L"firewall" L"add" L"rule" L"name=allow VH launcher" L"dir=out" L"program=C:\\Program Files\\Villagers and Heroes\\VHLauncher.exe" L"action=allow"Ġ040:fixme:netsh:wmain stub: L"C:\\windows\\system32Įtsh.exe" L"advfirewall" L"firewall" L"add" L"rule" L"name=allow VH executable" L"dir=out" L"program=C:\\Program Files\\Villagers and Heroes\\AMysticalLandSAC\\villagersAndHeroes.exe" L"action=allow" I also posted for help at and an admin replied back, first with a link to a help page that I didn't fully understand, and then they posted again a few days later, this past Wednesday, stating that there was some new script and that they played the tutorial for 20 minutes with no crash. I almost gave up this morning but then the thought of having to go back to playing sad runescape gave me some drive to try to push through to try to find a solution to this problem. ![]() ![]() So I think I will have to just make a new post there and specify that I'm not using Linux and hope for the best. ![]() I Googled it and found a post on PlayOnMac forums but it was for someone who was doing it in Linux, which I'm not. I uninstalled yesterday and am reinstalling today, but I still ran into the same error message. I'm using the sable version (1.8.6) but there's also a beta version (2.0) and I wonder if I should try it with beta instead.īut I was able to successfully download the game onto the computer, but when I click the Play button in the launcher it crashes. If your program is running, just ignore this message I think the problem is that I keep getting this error message while attempting to install
